We want you to love your artisanal home accents as much as we loved making them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused, handcrafted pillows in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the pillow in its original protective wrapping and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically appearing within 5-10 business days.
